What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must have arrangements with electronic fund transfer systems that Healthsource Chiropractic designates. This means that Healthsource Chiropractic can require franchisees to participate in an electronic funds transfer program.

Healthsource Chiropractic franchisees must maintain arrangements with Visa, Master Card, and other credit and debit card issuers or sponsors, along with check verification services. This allows the franchise to accept customer payments via credit cards, debit cards, checks, and other payment methods.

Healthsource Chiropractic retains the right to mandate that franchisees obtain these services through Healthsource Chiropractic, its affiliates, or designated third parties. This gives Healthsource Chiropractic control over payment processing and potentially allows them to negotiate favorable rates or ensure consistency across all franchise locations.
