What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must fully implement the designated computer system, including the billing system. Healthsource Chiropractic considers this a crucial part of the clinic's start-up and operation.

If a franchisee does not fully implement the designated computer system, including the required software, within an acceptable timeframe, they will be required to pay additional fees to Healthsource Chiropractic. The FDD specifies that failure to "go live" within two months after the conclusion will result in additional fees.

This requirement ensures that all Healthsource Chiropractic locations operate on a standardized platform for billing and other essential functions. This standardization likely helps with data collection, brand consistency, and potentially, support and training. The additional fees for non-compliance incentivize franchisees to adopt the system promptly, ensuring smoother operations and adherence to Healthsource Chiropractic's standards.
