What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee operates a Clinic Management Business, Healthsource Chiropractic must approve the Professional Corporation (PC) that will own and operate the clinic, as well as its owners. The franchisee is responsible for ensuring the PC complies with all local and state laws.

Under the franchise agreement, the franchisee will construct the clinic for the PC's use, and the PC will operate the clinic using the HealthSource name and marks. The franchisee must also enter into a Management Agreement with the PC, which Healthsource Chiropractic must approve. This agreement allows the franchisee to provide management and administrative services to support the PC's chiropractic practice.

The PC is responsible for employing and controlling the chiropractors and other personnel who provide the actual chiropractic services. The franchisee cannot provide chiropractic care or influence the PC's professional judgment or treatment protocols. The Continuing Franchise Fee may vary and will be detailed in a negotiated addendum to the franchise agreement.
