What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Healthsource Chiropractic retains the right to periodically re-inspect approved suppliers. This means that even after a supplier has been approved to provide goods or services to Healthsource Chiropractic franchisees, Healthsource Chiropractic can conduct further inspections of the supplier's facilities, products, or services.
This re-inspection clause allows Healthsource Chiropractic to ensure that approved suppliers continue to meet the franchisor's standards and criteria. If a supplier fails to maintain these standards, Healthsource Chiropractic reserves the right to revoke its approval. This protects the Healthsource Chiropractic brand and ensures consistency across all franchise locations.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that the suppliers they are required to use have the potential to be re-evaluated by Healthsource Chiropractic at any time. This could lead to a change in approved suppliers if a current supplier fails to meet the brand's standards, potentially impacting the franchisee's operations and supply chain. Franchisees should stay informed of any changes to approved suppliers and be prepared to adapt to new requirements or vendors as directed by Healthsource Chiropractic.
