- We may establish, maintain, and administer an Ad Fund. As available, we will provide you with digital copies of our marketing materials via our intranet. (Franchise Agreement – Section 11.1). The Ad Fund will be used to support and pay for marketing programs we deem necessary, desirable, or appropriate to promote the services and products offered by your and other Clinics. Also, we may, at our discretion, charge you for hard or digital copies of marketing materials.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, digital copies of marketing materials are provided to franchisees via the company's intranet, as available. Healthsource Chiropractic may also charge franchisees for hard or digital copies of marketing materials at their discretion.
Healthsource Chiropractic may establish, maintain, and administer an Ad Fund, which will be used to support and pay for marketing programs deemed necessary to promote the services and products offered by the clinics. The franchisor has sole discretion over the creative concepts, materials, endorsements, and media used by the Fund, as well as the geographic market and allocation of the Fund.

Advertising materials developed by the Ad Fund may include video, audio, and written content, which will be prepared by Healthsource Chiropractic's in-house advertising department. The Ad Fund will furnish approved advertising materials to franchisees at its direct cost of production.
Prospective franchisees should note that Healthsource Chiropractic retains significant control over advertising and marketing materials, and franchisees may be required to use a website controlled by the franchisor and participate in search engine optimization services. Franchisees must also submit their own advertising and promotional materials for approval, and Healthsource Chiropractic may require listings in professional trade association directories and internet-based directories.
