- Identify the products, equipment, materials, inventory, supplies, and services you must use to develop and operate the Clinic (including, if applicable, our optional programs), the minimum standards and specificationsthat you mustsatisfy in developing and operating the Clinic, and the designated and approved suppliers from whom you must or may buy or lease these items (which might be limited to or include us and/or our affiliates) (Franchise Agreement – Section 5.1). We will not deliver or install these items for you.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Healthsource Chiropractic Franchise Disclosure Document, Healthsource Chiropractic will identify the required products, equipment, materials, inventory, supplies, and services needed to develop and operate the clinic. They will also specify the minimum standards that the franchisee must satisfy.
Healthsource Chiropractic will designate and approve suppliers from whom franchisees must or may buy or lease these items, which might include Healthsource Chiropractic and/or its affiliates. However, Healthsource Chiropractic will not deliver or install these items for the franchisee.
While Healthsource Chiropractic offers guidance in the selection of equipment, the franchisee is ultimately responsible for purchasing or leasing the necessary items from approved suppliers to meet the brand's standards. Prospective franchisees should confirm the specific types of equipment required, the approved vendors, and any available financing options during their due diligence.
