What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, knowledge of advertising and promotional programs is considered confidential and proprietary information. After submitting a deposit, Healthsource Chiropractic may disclose this information to prospective franchisees. This disclosure can occur verbally or visually through training programs, or in written form via the HealthSource's Operations Manual, or otherwise.
As a prospective franchisee, understanding the scope and nature of these advertising and promotional programs is crucial for assessing the potential success of a Healthsource Chiropractic franchise. The franchisee is obligated to maintain the absolute confidentiality of this information and use it solely for the operation of their HealthSource franchise.
This confidentiality extends even if the prospective franchisee does not enter into a Franchise Agreement with Healthsource Chiropractic. However, the franchisee is not restricted from using information or knowledge that is publicly available. This ensures that Healthsource Chiropractic maintains control over its proprietary advertising strategies while allowing franchisees to leverage publicly accessible knowledge.
