What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Healthsource Chiropractic Franchise Agreement, franchisees may need to obtain additional licenses or certifications for their General Manager and employees due to changes in laws regulating the services offered by Healthsource Chiropractic. The franchisee is solely responsible for all costs associated with obtaining these licenses and certifications. This requirement ensures that the Healthsource Chiropractic franchise remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
This requirement could impact a franchisee's operating costs, as they will need to budget for potential expenses related to additional training, licenses, or certifications for staff. It also means that franchisees must stay informed about any changes in laws or regulations that could affect their business and be prepared to adapt accordingly. This adaptability is crucial for maintaining compliance and ensuring the continued smooth operation of the Healthsource Chiropractic clinic.
While the franchise agreement stipulates that Healthsource Chiropractic may modify the System, including requiring additional licenses or certifications, the franchisee bears the responsibility for the associated costs. This allocation of responsibility is typical in franchising, where franchisees are generally responsible for complying with local regulations and covering the costs of doing so. Prospective franchisees should consider these potential costs when evaluating the financial feasibility of opening a Healthsource Chiropractic franchise.
