What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to make payments to the Ad Fund on a monthly basis. These payments, referred to as Advertising Fees, are calculated as two percent (2%) of the franchise's gross revenues. The payments are due at the same time as the Continuing Franchise Fees.

Healthsource Chiropractic retains the discretion to establish, maintain, and administer the Ad Fund, using it for national, regional, or local marketing and promotional programs. Franchisees will receive a 30-day advance notice regarding the establishment or termination of the Ad Fund, as well as any changes to the required contribution amount.

The Ad Fund is intended to maximize recognition of the Healthsource Chiropractic brand and goodwill. While Healthsource Chiropractic aims to benefit all franchises, there's no guarantee that expenditures in any specific geographic area will be proportionate to the contributions from franchises in that area. Healthsource Chiropractic will provide an annual, unaudited statement of monies collected and costs incurred by the Ad Fund available upon written request.
