What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Healthsource Chiropractic Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee typically has 30 days to comply with the provisions outlined in the franchise agreement after receiving written notice of non-compliance. This 30-day period applies to any provision within the agreement, any other agreement with Healthsource Chiropractic, or any mandatory specification, program, standard, or operating procedure. However, this standard cure period may be superseded by applicable law, which could mandate a longer timeframe for compliance.

There is an exception to the 30-day cure period. If a franchisee fails to pay monies owed to Healthsource Chiropractic or its affiliates, the franchisee only has ten days after written notice to make the payment. Again, this is subject to applicable law, which may require a longer cure period.

It is important for prospective Healthsource Chiropractic franchisees to understand these compliance timelines, as failure to adhere to them can result in further action from the franchisor. Franchisees should also be aware of any local or state laws that may affect the cure periods allowed in the franchise agreement.
