What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial franchise fee for a Conversion Clinic is $60,000. This fee is payable when the Franchise Agreement is signed. Healthsource Chiropractic states that the initial franchise fee is fully earned and non-refundable once the agreement is signed, acknowledging the expenses they incur in providing assistance and services to the franchisee.
However, there is an exception: if Exhibit 1 of the Franchise Agreement indicates that the agreement is being signed as part of a development agreement, then the Development Fee paid under that prior agreement will satisfy the initial franchise fee requirement. This means that if a franchisee has already paid a Development Fee, they may not need to pay the full $60,000 initial franchise fee again.
Any deposits previously paid by the franchisee will be credited against the initial franchise fee due. Therefore, if a prospective Healthsource Chiropractic franchisee has already made a deposit, that amount will be deducted from the $60,000 initial franchise fee.
