What This Means (2025 FDD)
Based on the 2025 Healthsource Chiropractic Franchise Agreement, the document does not specify any required submissions from a franchisee before establishing a website. However, Section 11.4 mentions a monthly Technology Fee for certain Website and technology-related services. Section 11 generally discusses advertising and promotional programs, including website development and marketing, which Healthsource Chiropractic may undertake at its discretion.
While the FDD does not explicitly state what information a franchisee must submit, it does mention that Healthsource Chiropractic may use the Ad Fund to cover costs associated with website development and marketing, including search engine optimization and social media. This suggests that franchisees might need to coordinate with Healthsource Chiropractic regarding their website to ensure it aligns with the brand's overall marketing strategy.
Prospective franchisees should inquire with Healthsource Chiropractic about specific requirements or guidelines for establishing a website, including any necessary approvals, content standards, or technical specifications. It would also be prudent to understand how the Technology Fee and Ad Fund contributions relate to the franchisee's website and online marketing efforts. Understanding these aspects will help a franchisee to align their digital presence with the franchisor's brand standards and marketing strategies.
