What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must operate their franchise in compliance with all Professional Laws throughout the term of the agreement. This includes adherence to laws governing chiropractic medicine, physical therapy, and the general operation of the franchise within their protected territory. If any changes occur in these Professional Laws, or if new laws are enacted that could cause the franchise's operation to violate these laws, the franchisee is obligated to immediately inform Healthsource Chiropractic of the change.

Furthermore, the franchisee must propose a method to comply with the updated Professional Laws. This may include entering into a Management Agreement, if necessary, to ensure continued compliance. This requirement underscores the franchisee's responsibility to stay informed about and adapt to changes in the legal and regulatory landscape affecting their Healthsource Chiropractic practice.

Healthsource Chiropractic also emphasizes that all services and products that constitute the practice of chiropractic in the franchisee's state must be provided by duly licensed healthcare professionals, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. No entity, including Healthsource Chiropractic itself or any entity the franchisee forms to operate the franchised business, will have any authority, control, or influence over the scope of such services or products or the manner in which they are supplied. This reinforces the importance of maintaining professional autonomy and adhering to legal standards in the delivery of healthcare services within the Healthsource Chiropractic franchise.
