We are not obligated to assist the franchisee in establishing prices but reserve the right to establish minimum or maximum prices as permitted by law. We may provide suggestions; however, you will have the final determination on the pricing for goods and services.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Healthsource Chiropractic is not obligated to assist franchisees in establishing prices for goods and services. However, Healthsource Chiropractic retains the right to establish minimum or maximum prices as permitted by law.
While Healthsource Chiropractic may provide pricing suggestions, the franchisee ultimately has the final determination on pricing for goods and services offered at their Healthsource Chiropractic clinic.
