What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the entire agreement between Healthsource Chiropractic and the franchisee consists of the franchise agreement itself, along with its introduction and all exhibits attached to it. This means that all components included as exhibits are legally binding and integral to the complete agreement.

Healthsource Chiropractic emphasizes that there are no other oral or written understandings or agreements outside of these documents that are considered part of the contract. However, the FDD clarifies that franchisees do not waive their right to rely on any representations made within the Franchise Disclosure Document itself, regardless of what the agreement states.

The franchise agreement can only be modified through a written agreement signed by both Healthsource Chiropractic and the franchisee. However, Healthsource Chiropractic retains the right to modify the Operations Manual at any time, as outlined within the agreement. This ensures that while the core agreement remains stable, operational procedures can be updated as needed by Healthsource Chiropractic.
