What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the development fee for two franchised clinics is $110,000. This fee is a one-time payment required when signing a Development Agreement, which grants the franchisee the right to open multiple clinics within a specific area.
The Development Fee does not include the cost of optional programs offered by Healthsource Chiropractic. It's important to note that this fee is fully earned by Healthsource Chiropractic upon payment and is non-refundable under any circumstances. This means that even if the franchisee is unable to open the planned clinics, the development fee will not be returned.
For prospective franchisees who qualify for the VetFran program, a discount of $5,000 may be applied to either the Development Fee or the Initial Franchise Fee for the first franchise. Healthsource Chiropractic may also offer alternative payment arrangements, such as a non-refundable deposit to reserve a territory, with the balance of the fee due upon signing the Franchise Agreement. However, these arrangements are not guaranteed and are subject to Healthsource Chiropractic's approval. All initial fees are uniformly calculated and imposed on all franchisees, payable in a lump sum, and deemed fully earned and non-refundable upon receipt.
