What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Development Fee does not include the cost to purchase optional programs. The Development Fee is a one-time fee that must be paid immediately upon execution of the Development Agreement if Healthsource Chiropractic grants the franchisee the right to open multiple clinics under a Development Agreement.
The Development Fee depends on the number of clinics the franchisee has the right to open within the Site Selection Area. The Development Fee is $110,000 for two franchised clinics. For three to five franchised clinics, the fee is $45,000 per unit. For six to nine franchised clinics, the fee is $40,000 per unit. For ten or more franchised clinics, the fee is $35,000 per unit.
The FDD states that the franchisee will be required to enter into Healthsource Chiropractic's then-current form of Franchise Agreement for each clinic they wish to open under their Development Agreement, but they will not be required to pay any additional Initial Franchise Fee at the time they execute each of these Franchise Agreements. The Development Fee is fully earned by Healthsource Chiropractic when paid and is not refundable under any circumstances.
