We will determine the location, frequency, and instructors of these training programs.
You must also pay for all travel, lodging, meal, and personal expenses related to your attendance and the attendance of your personnel.
You are required to attend our annual conference, the location of which will be determined by us.
Additionally, if you utilize a third-party professional corporation to service your Clinic's patients, each chiropractor of the servicing professional corporation must also attend our annual convention.
Your attendance at the annual conference is mandatory.
You will be solely responsible for the wages and travel, lodging, and living expenses for each attendee of yours who attends the annual conference.
We will not charge you a fee to attend the annual conference, but we may collect fees from you that are imposed by third parties relating to the annual conference, such as fees charged for lodging, food, and beverage.
We may also offer additional optional training programs through our designee for one-time lump sum payments (see above).

According to the 2025 Healthsource Chiropractic Franchise Disclosure Document, Healthsource Chiropractic determines the location, frequency, and instructors of additional, on-going, and supplemental training programs offered to franchisees and their staff. Healthsource Chiropractic may initiate these training programs or respond to a franchisee's request for additional training.
Franchisees are responsible for covering all travel, lodging, meal, and personal expenses for themselves and their personnel attending these training programs. Franchisees must also attend Healthsource Chiropractic's annual conference, with the location determined by Healthsource Chiropractic. If a franchisee uses a third-party professional corporation to service patients, each chiropractor within that corporation must also attend the annual convention.
While Healthsource Chiropractic does not charge a fee for attending the annual conference, franchisees are responsible for any fees imposed by third parties, such as lodging and food costs. Healthsource Chiropractic may also offer additional optional training programs through a designee for a one-time lump sum payment.
