What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Healthsource Chiropractic FDD, the approval of an application to operate a Healthsource Chiropractic franchise is dependent on entering into a Franchise Agreement and paying the Initial Franchise Fee. The franchisor states that they have approved the application in reliance on the representations made within the application.
In order to continue the process of obtaining a franchise to operate a Healthsource Chiropractic clinic in the Protected Territory, the prospective franchisee must submit a Franchise Deposit Acknowledgement and the specified deposit amount to Healthsource. Upon receipt of the signed Acknowledgement and the Deposit, Healthsource agrees to not grant the Protected Territory to any third party until after a specified Deadline Date, and to provide access to certain training, information and materials relating to operating a Healthsource Chiropractic clinic.
The acceptance of the deposit does not guarantee the right to operate a Healthsource Chiropractic clinic or use Healthsource's marks, logos, information, or materials. These rights are only granted through a Franchise Agreement duly executed by both parties. If a Franchise Agreement is not signed or the remaining portion of the Initial Franchise Fee is not paid by the Deadline Date, the applicant will not have the right to operate a Healthsource Chiropractic franchise in the Protected Territory, and Healthsource may grant the territory to another party.
