6. HEALTHCORE'S LICENSORS.
- 6.1 Terms and Conditions Applicable to Services Provide by HealthCore's Licensors. Customer acknowledges and agrees that HealthCore Business Services are provided, in some cases, by Third-Party Licensors to HealthCore (hereinafter "Third-Party Licensors"). For all functionality contained in the HealthCore Business Services that are provided by Third- Party Licensors to HealthCore, Customer agrees with and shall abide by all Third-Party Licensor terms and conditions, if any. Such Third-Party Licensor terms and conditions are available for review on the website of the respective Third-Party Licensors and all such terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference ("Additional Terms and Conditions"). Any Additional Terms and Conditions are in addition to and supplement the terms and conditions provided in this Agreement. Customer acknowledges and agrees that it will be subject to all Additional Terms and Conditions. HealthCore shall act in good faith at all times to maintain all reasonable license compliance.
- 6.2 Changes to HealthCore Licensors. Customer acknowledges that HealthCore may, at its sole discretion, change any Third-Party Licensors that provide services under this Agreement, or add or delete discrete services from the HealthCore Business Services. HealthCore agrees to use reasonable efforts to prevent any service interruptions associated with HealthCore's decision, if any, to change Third-Party Licensors. In the event that HealthCore changes Third-Party Licensors, HealthCore shall provide Customer with a revised Schedule "A", or HealthCore may provide Customer with notification of changes in Third-Party Licensors and refer Customer to information posted on HealthCore's website relative to that change which shall become Additional Terms and Conditions for the purposes of this Agreement upon Customer's receipt of either the revised Schedule "A" or notification of a change in Third-Party Licensor(s) by
HealthCore, whichever is received first.

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, customers can review the Third-Party Licensor terms and conditions on the website of the respective Third-Party Licensors. HealthCore Business Services are sometimes provided by Third-Party Licensors to HealthCore. Customers must agree to and abide by all Third-Party Licensor terms and conditions for all functionality contained in the HealthCore Business Services provided by these licensors.
These terms and conditions are incorporated by reference as "Additional Terms and Conditions" and supplement the terms and conditions in the agreement. Customers acknowledge that they will be subject to all Additional Terms and Conditions. HealthCore will act in good faith to maintain reasonable license compliance.
HealthCore may change Third-Party Licensors or add/delete services at its discretion, and will use reasonable efforts to prevent service interruptions. In the event of changes, HealthCore will provide a revised Schedule "A" or notify the customer of changes and refer them to information on HealthCore's website. This information will become Additional Terms and Conditions upon the customer's receipt of the revised Schedule "A" or notification.
