What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Healthsource Chiropractic may charge franchisees for hard or digital copies of marketing materials. While Healthsource Chiropractic will provide digital copies of marketing materials via its intranet as available, it retains the discretion to charge for these copies, as well as for hard copies.

This policy means that franchisees may need to factor in additional costs for accessing marketing materials beyond the initial franchise fee and ongoing advertising contributions. It is important to note that Healthsource Chiropractic also requires franchisees to spend a minimum amount on local advertising, promotion, and marketing, specifically the greater of $3,000 or 5% of gross revenues each month. Therefore, franchisees should clarify the potential costs for marketing materials to accurately budget their advertising expenses.

Prospective franchisees should inquire about the typical costs associated with obtaining hard or digital copies of marketing materials to better understand the potential financial implications. Understanding these costs will help in assessing the overall investment and operational expenses related to the Healthsource Chiropractic franchise.
