What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Healthsource Chiropractic Franchise Agreement, franchisees are subject to various fees beyond the advertising fees. Healthsource Chiropractic requires franchisees to pay a monthly Technology Fee for website and technology-related services, as well as fees for required human resources and payroll services. The Technology Fund payment obligations are computed at $199 per month.
Healthsource Chiropractic may also establish a program to provide additional marketing services to Clinic franchises, which is optional. If a franchisee chooses to participate in this program, they must pay a fee determined by Healthsource Chiropractic, which can be changed at any time. Additionally, Healthsource Chiropractic, or its affiliates, may offer other optional services, products, or programs related to the franchise, which would also be subject to additional fees paid to Healthsource Chiropractic or third parties.
Franchisees should note that Healthsource Chiropractic has the right to modify the System, which may require franchisees to incur additional costs to comply with changes in services, products, equipment, or legal requirements. Furthermore, Healthsource Chiropractic may offer separate, optional advisory councils or groups that may have additional costs should a franchisee decide to participate. These additional fees and potential costs should be carefully considered by prospective franchisees when evaluating the financial obligations of the Healthsource Chiropractic franchise.
