What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual conference is mandatory for franchisees. The FDD states that franchisees are required to attend the annual conference, which is a training program conducted once per year. The location of the annual conference will be determined by Healthsource Chiropractic.
If the franchisee utilizes a third-party professional corporation to service the Clinic's patients, each chiropractor of the servicing professional corporation must also attend the annual convention. Healthsource Chiropractic will not charge a fee to attend the annual conference, but they may collect fees imposed by third parties relating to the annual conference, such as fees charged for lodging, food, and beverage. Franchisees should factor in these mandatory attendance costs when evaluating the overall investment and operational expenses of a Healthsource Chiropractic franchise.
