What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Healthsource Chiropractic's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the outline of the contents of the on-line library as of April 4, 2025, is available in two places. First, it is outlined in attached screenshots from the private HealthSource website. Second, it is outlined in the directory copied from the private HealthSource website that are included as part of Exhibit D.
This on-line library is made available to franchisees through a private, password-protected internet portal. The materials in the library include written materials and guides, as well as video and audio presentations, including online trainings and franchise system support. These resources are frequently updated and supplemented by HealthSource Chiropractic.
Prospective franchisees should review Exhibit D to understand the scope of resources available to them. They should also note that HealthSource Chiropractic may modify all or any portion of the Operations Manual periodically to reflect changes in System Standards. Franchisees are responsible for keeping their copy of the Operations Manual current and in a secure location at their Clinic.
