Entire Agreement.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties concerning Developer's development rights within the Site Selection Area; no promises, inducements or representations (other than those in the Franchise Disclosure Document) not contained in this Agreement have been made, nor will any be of any force or effect, or binding on the parties.
Modifications of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
Franchisor reserves the right to change Franchisor's policies, procedures, standards, specifications or manuals at Franchisor's discretion.
In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and any Franchise Agreement(s), the terms, conditions and intent of this Agreement will control.
Nothing in this Agreement, or any related agreement, is intended to disclaim any of the representations Franchisor made to Developer in the Franchise Disclosure Document that Franchisor provided to Developer.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Healthsource Chiropractic Franchise Disclosure Document, the agreement outlines the entire understanding between both parties regarding development rights within the designated Site Selection Area. It states that no external promises, inducements, or representations outside of what's in the agreement and the Franchise Disclosure Document itself are binding unless explicitly included in the agreement.
Any modifications to the Development Agreement must be documented in writing and signed by both Healthsource Chiropractic and the developer to be considered valid. Healthsource Chiropractic retains the right to modify its policies, procedures, standards, specifications, or manuals as it sees fit.
In the event of any conflict between the Development Agreement and any individual Franchise Agreements, the terms and conditions outlined in the Development Agreement will take precedence. However, the agreement clarifies that nothing within it is intended to disclaim any representations made by Healthsource Chiropractic to the developer in the Franchise Disclosure Document.
