What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Healthsource Chiropractic Franchise Agreement, the agreement can be executed in multiple counterparts. This means that the franchisee and Healthsource Chiropractic can sign different copies of the same agreement, which together constitute one single, binding agreement. This practice is common and simplifies the signing process, especially when parties are geographically separated. Each party can sign their respective copy and then exchange them to finalize the agreement.

This clause provides flexibility in finalizing the franchise agreement. It avoids the logistical challenges of requiring both parties to sign the same physical document at the same time or location. The agreement becomes effective once both parties have signed their respective counterparts, and these are combined to form the complete agreement.

For a prospective Healthsource Chiropractic franchisee, this means a potentially faster and more convenient agreement execution process. It eliminates the need for physical meetings or simultaneous signing, allowing for a more streamlined approach to finalizing the franchise agreement.
