- Upon reasonable request, provide advice regarding your HCK Hot Chicken Restaurant's operation based on reports or inspections. Advice will be given during our regular business hours and via written materials, electronic media, telephone, or other methods in our discretion (Franchise Agreement, Section 10; Non-Traditional Location Addendum, Section 15).

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Hck Hot Chicken FDD, Hck Hot Chicken will provide advice regarding the operation of your Hck Hot Chicken Restaurant upon reasonable request. This advice will be based on reports or inspections of your restaurant.
The advice will be given during Hck Hot Chicken's regular business hours. The method of communication is at Hck Hot Chicken's discretion, and may include written materials, electronic media, telephone, or other methods.
This service is considered a continuing obligation during the operation of your Hck Hot Chicken Restaurant. However, Hck Hot Chicken is not required to provide these services to renewal franchisees or franchisees that purchase existing Hck Hot Chicken Restaurants.
