Under what conditions can Hck Hot Chicken disable or terminate a franchisee's access to the Intranet?

According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Hck Hot Chicken may disable or terminate a franchisee's access to the Intranet if the franchisee defaults under the Franchise Agreement or any other agreement with Hck Hot Chicken or its affiliates. This action can be taken without any liability to the franchisee and without limiting any other rights and remedies available to Hck Hot Chicken.
