What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Training Manager may only conduct the Initial Training Program at a training facility owned by the franchisee or an affiliate of the franchisee.
This means that if you become a Hck Hot Chicken franchisee, your certified Training Manager is restricted to conducting the initial training program for restaurant managers and assistant restaurant managers at a training facility that you (or your affiliate) owns. This gives you control over the training environment but also requires you to have access to and maintain a suitable training facility.
It's important to note that if a Hck Hot Chicken franchisee (and/or its Affiliates) owns three or more Restaurants, the franchisee must at all times employ a Training Manager. Otherwise, upon the opening of its fourth (or higher) Restaurant, the franchisee must pay Hck Hot Chicken: (i) a non-refundable additional training fee of $5,000 prior to the start of initial training for the new Restaurant; and (ii) the then-current fees for franchisee's Restaurant Manager(s) and assistant Restaurant Manager(s) to attend the Initial Training Program.
