What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee can request approval for additional menu items, including food, beverages, and merchandise, to be offered at their franchised restaurant. To do so, the franchisee must submit a written variance request to Hck Hot Chicken, seeking approval for both the additional menu items and their supplier.

Upon receiving this written request, Hck Hot Chicken will evaluate the suggested menu items and the supplier. The decision to permit the franchisee to offer these items rests solely at Hck Hot Chicken's discretion. This evaluation process allows Hck Hot Chicken to maintain consistency and quality across all franchise locations.

If Hck Hot Chicken provides written approval, the franchisee can then offer the additional menu items. However, this approval may come with specific conditions or limitations imposed by Hck Hot Chicken. This ensures that even with additional items, the franchisee adheres to the brand's standards and operational guidelines.
