We began offering franchises ("Franchise(s)") under the trade name "Hot Chikn Kitchn" in December 2021.
In March 2023, we began using the trade name "HCK Hot Chicken."
We have not previously operated or offered franchises in any other line of business.
We have no predecessor or parent entities.
We have an affiliate, MAS2, LLC ("HCK Affiliate One"), a Virginia limited liability company formed on August 10, 2020, with a principal business address of 15216 Addison Lane, Woodbridge, VA 22193, which has operated a Restaurant since November 2020.
We had a second affiliate, SB610 LLC ("HCK Affiliate Two"), a Virginia limited liability company formed on August 8, 2017, with a principal place of business of 15216 Addison Lane, Woodbridge, VA 22193, which opened an HCK restaurant in May 2022 but which sold its outlet to a franchisee in 2024.
We had a third affiliate, Water's End Brewery, LLC ("HCK Affiliate 3"), a Virginia limited liability company formed on November 6, 2014, with a principal place of business of 7268 Tinsley Way, Manassas, VA 20111, which opened an HCK restaurant in December 2022 but which closed in 2023.
