What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Multi-Unit Supervisors report to the Director of Operations. This structure is relevant for Area Developers who, after opening their second restaurant, have the option to employ Multi-Unit Supervisors.

The Multi-Unit Supervisor's role is to oversee the day-to-day operations of two or more Hck Hot Chicken restaurants within the designated Development Area. To ensure commitment, Hck Hot Chicken requires that Multi-Unit Supervisors devote 100% of their time and effort to these restaurants, unless the franchisor provides written consent otherwise.

Area Developers must inform Hck Hot Chicken at least ten days before hiring a Director of Operations or Multi-Unit Supervisor, providing all requested information. This notification allows Hck Hot Chicken to maintain oversight and ensure that the individuals meet their standards. Multi-Unit Supervisors can also serve as general managers if they meet Hck Hot Chicken's training and other requirements.
