What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor provides its initial training program at no charge for up to three management persons. This includes the Operating Principal (if the franchisee is an entity) and one Director of Operations. Hck Hot Chicken may deliver some or all of this training virtually through webinars, learning management systems, training videos, or other digital media.
This is a benefit to the franchisee, as it reduces the initial investment costs associated with opening the franchise. However, all persons must attend the Initial Training Program at the same time to receive the training at no charge. The training must be completed to Hck Hot Chicken's satisfaction, and the management team must be certified by them at least 60 days before opening for business.
If a franchisee needs to train additional personnel or replace a manager later on, they will likely incur additional training fees. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in potential ongoing training costs when assessing the overall financial investment required to operate an Hck Hot Chicken franchise.
