What information must the Franchisee provide to Hck Hot Chicken about a new Operating Principal?

that all Restaurants owned or operated, directly or indirectly, by Franchisee in such geographic area are operated in compliance with this Agreement and the HCK Hot Chicken Brand Standards Manual. If during the Term the Operating Principal is not able to continue to serve in such capacity or no longer qualifies to act as such in accordance with this Section (including Franchisor's subsequent disapproval of such person), Franchisee shall promptly notify Franchisor of such occurrence. Thereafter, Franchisee shall promptly, but not later than 30 days after the prior Operating Principal ceases to serve Franchisee, (w) designate a replacement operating principal who meets Franchisor's then-current qualification requirements, (x) provide Franchisor with such information about such new Operating Principal as Franchisor may request, (y) cause such replacement Operating Principal to undergo, at Franchisee's cost, such training as Franchisor may require, and (z) obtain Franchisor's written acceptance of such person as the Operating Principal.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee needs to replace their Operating Principal, they must promptly notify Hck Hot Chicken of the change. Within 30 days of the previous Operating Principal leaving, the franchisee must designate a replacement who meets Hck Hot Chicken's current qualification requirements.
As part of this process, the franchisee is required to provide Hck Hot Chicken with any information about the new Operating Principal that Hck Hot Chicken may request. The replacement Operating Principal must also undergo any training that Hck Hot Chicken requires, at the franchisee's expense.
Finally, the franchisee must obtain Hck Hot Chicken's written acceptance of the new individual as the Operating Principal. Additionally, the franchisee must notify Hck Hot Chicken in writing at least ten days prior to employing the Operating Principal, providing all information reasonably requested by Hck Hot Chicken.
