ATTACHMENT A TO NON-TRADITIONAL ADDENDUM
- Effective Date. The date of this Non-Traditional Addendum to Franchise Agreement shall be the date signed below. 2. Host Facility. CHECK ONE Franchisee is operating the Non-Traditional Restaurant within a Host Facility. All references to the "Host Facility" in this Non-Traditional Addendum shall have the same meaning as the term "Premises," as that term is defined within the Franchise Agreement. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Attachment A to the Non-Traditional Addendum includes the effective date of the addendum and information regarding the host facility.
The attachment specifies that the effective date of the Non-Traditional Addendum is the date it is signed. It also addresses whether the franchisee is operating within a host facility. If the franchisee is operating within a host facility, all references to "Host Facility" in the addendum have the same meaning as "Premises" as defined in the Franchise Agreement.
