Where is the Franchisee's Operating Principal identified in the Hck Hot Chicken agreement?

According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchisee's Operating Principal is identified in Attachment A of the Franchise Agreement. The Operating Principal is principally responsible for communicating and coordinating with Hck Hot Chicken regarding business, operational, and other ongoing matters concerning the Franchise Agreement and the Franchised Restaurant.

The Operating Principal has full authority to act on behalf of the franchisee in performing, administering, or amending the agreement. They are also vested with the authority and responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the franchised restaurant and all other restaurants owned or operated by the franchisee or its affiliates within a geographic area specified by Hck Hot Chicken.

Furthermore, the Operating Principal must meet certain qualifications, including devoting 100% of their time and effort to the operation of the restaurants, meeting Hck Hot Chicken's criteria for the position, owning at least 10% of the equity or voting rights in the franchisee, and being acceptable to Hck Hot Chicken. The Operating Principal must be approved by Hck Hot Chicken in writing and is responsible for ensuring that all restaurants are operated in compliance with the Franchise Agreement and the Hck Hot Chicken Brand Standards Manual.
