- "Franchisee must participate in gift card or loyalty card programs (collectively referred to as "Gift Cards").
However, Franchisee shall only be required to redeem such Gift Cards and will not be required to sell or load them.
In addition, Franchisee may use its own processors for such redemptions.
Such processors must meet Franchisor's standards for the redemption of Gift Cards."
