The franchisee is then required to submit a copy of the proposed lease or purchase agreement to Hck Hot Chicken for review.
The franchisee cannot enter into any lease or purchase agreement for the location until Hck Hot Chicken has reviewed and accepted the lease or other agreement. Once the site is accepted by Hck Hot Chicken, it is officially designated as the "Location".
Furthermore, the franchisee is expected to begin operating the Hck Hot Chicken restaurant within 12 months after the effective date of the franchise agreement. This timeline underscores the importance of promptly securing a location and completing the necessary preparations to launch the business.
