What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are entitled to request approval for additional menu items, including food, beverage, and merchandise, to be offered at their franchised restaurant. To do so, the franchisee must submit a written variance request to Hck Hot Chicken, including the additional menu items and their supplier.

Hck Hot Chicken has the sole discretion to evaluate the suggested menu items and the supplier. The franchisor will then decide whether the franchisee is permitted to offer the additional items at their restaurant.

If Hck Hot Chicken provides written approval, the franchisee can offer the additional menu items, subject to any conditions or limitations imposed by the franchisor. This process allows franchisees to suggest new items while ensuring that all menu offerings align with Hck Hot Chicken's brand standards and operational requirements.
