Is a Hck Hot Chicken franchisee allowed to solicit business from customers located anywhere?

According to the 2025 Hck Hot Chicken Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees generally can solicit or accept business from customers located anywhere. However, this is subject to certain restrictions. Franchisees may not use Alternative Distribution Channels, such as the Internet, catalog sales, or telemarketing, to make sales. Hck Hot Chicken also retains the right to sell products through Alternative Distribution Channels without compensating the franchisee.
