and Franchisee shall promptly correct or repair such deficiency or unsatisfactory condition. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Hck Hot Chicken Franchise Disclosure Document, if a re-inspection is required due to a deficiency or unsatisfactory condition at a franchise location, the franchisee is responsible for covering the costs. For the first offense, Hck Hot Chicken charges a fee of $850.
In addition to the $850 fee for the initial re-inspection, the franchisee must also reimburse Hck Hot Chicken for any associated costs and expenses. These expenses can include legal or other professional fees incurred by the franchisor in connection with the audit or inspection.
For any subsequent re-inspection offenses beyond the first, the fee increases to $2,500, in addition to the reimbursement of costs and expenses.
