We currently do not have, but may form, an advisory council ("Council") to advise us onadvertising policies. The Council would be governed by bylaws. Members of the Council would consist of both franchisees and corporate representatives. Members of the Council would be selected by us or in a method specified by us. The Council would serve in an advisory capacity only. We will have the power to form, change or dissolve the Council, in our sole discretion.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company does not currently have an advertising council. However, Hck Hot Chicken may form an advisory council in the future to advise them on advertising policies.
If Hck Hot Chicken establishes this council, it would be governed by bylaws and consist of both franchisees and corporate representatives. The selection of council members would be determined by Hck Hot Chicken.
The council's role would be purely advisory, and Hck Hot Chicken retains the sole discretion to form, change, or dissolve the council.
