request, Franchisor will train Franchisee, or an employee of Franchisee approved by Franchisor to become a training manager, who may thereafter conduct new Restaurant opening training programs. What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hck Hot Chicken's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the location for the Initial Training Program depends on whether the franchisee has a certified Training Manager (TM). If the franchisee has a TM, the Initial Training Program can be conducted at a training facility owned by the franchisee or their affiliate.
However, if the franchisee (including its affiliates) owns three or more Hck Hot Chicken restaurants, they are required to employ a TM. If a franchisee does not employ a TM upon opening their fourth (or higher) restaurant, they must pay Hck Hot Chicken a non-refundable additional training fee of $5,000 before the start of initial training for the new restaurant. They must also pay the then-current fees for their Restaurant Managers and assistant Restaurant Managers to attend the Initial Training Program.
