What must Hck Hot Chicken Area Developers sign in addition to the Area Development Agreement?

HCK Hot Chicken area developers ("Area Developer(s)") obtain the right to build a mutually agreed upon number of HCK Hot Chicken Restaurants in a specified development area ("Development Area") in accordance with a specified development schedule ("Development Schedule"). The Development Area will be established based on the consumer demographics of the area, the geographical area, city, county, and other boundaries. Area Developers must sign our area development agreement attached to this Franchise Disclosure Document as Exhibit D ("Area Development Agreement"). Area Developers must also sign a franchise agreement for the first HCK Hot Chicken Restaurant at the same time as the Area Development Agreement.
