What must the Area Developer do after procuring the site for Hck Hot Chicken?

Based on the 2025 Hck Hot Chicken Franchise Disclosure Document, the Area Developer has the obligation to construct, equip, open, and continuously operate the restaurants within the designated Development Area. This obligation must be fulfilled within each Development Period as specified in Exhibit B of the Area Development Agreement.
