Beginning on the "Billing Commencement Date", we will charge you a "SRS Fee" as reflected on Schedule A. The Billing Commencement Date is the date that our Agents book the first room reservation at your Facility. We will invoice you monthly for the SRS Fees which shall be payable on the same terms as Recurring Fees under your franchise or membership agreement with us or our affiliate. We may, in our discretion, increase the SRS Fee to cover our costs provided such fees are increased for all similarly situated SRS Facilities. We shall notify you no less than thirty (30) days prior to any such increase taking effect.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees will be invoiced monthly for Signature Reservation Service (SRS) Fees. These fees are payable under the same terms as Recurring Fees outlined in the franchise or membership agreement.
The SRS Fees cover the costs associated with a call transfer and omni-channel service, where reservation agents or digital agents handle calls or digital chat inquiries from prospective guests. These agents book reservations and respond to reservation-related inquiries on behalf of the franchisee's facility and other hotels operating under a Wyndham Hotels & Resorts brand enrolled in the Service.
Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham retains the discretion to increase the SRS Fee to cover their costs, provided such increases apply to all similarly situated SRS Facilities. The franchisee will receive at least thirty days' notice before any such increase takes effect. The Billing Commencement Date, which marks the start of SRS Fee charges, is the date when Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham's agents book the first room reservation at the franchisee's facility.
