4.1 Fees. You shall pay all fee amounts specified in Attachment 4.1 to this Schedule for the Products and/or Services set forth in the Schedule, including the MOP Products and/or Services ("Fees"). If your franchise or membership involves the transfer of an existing Chain Facility to us or changing affiliation of the Facility from one Wyndham Hotels & Resort, Inc. -owned franchise or member system to another, youwill be charged a transfer fee ("Transfer Fee"). You will also pay for all Additional Services as applicable.

Yes, according to the 2025 FDD, Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham franchisees are required to pay for additional services. Specifically, franchisees "will also pay for all Additional Services as applicable."

In addition to the fees for additional services, Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham franchisees must pay other fees. The Marketing/Reservation Contribution is equal to 2.5% of Gross Room Revenues. Hawthorn Suites Franchising, Inc. has the right to increase or modify the Marketing/Reservation Contribution for all Chain Facilities from time to time with at least 30 days prior written notice.

Franchisees also pay a Loyalty Program Charge for participation in the Wyndham Rewards program, which is currently 4.25% - 5.5% of amounts on which Loyalty Program members earn points. This charge may vary based on a Loyalty Metric. If a franchisee does not achieve a certain number of Wyndham Rewards valid enrollments during the defined measurement period, they must pay a Missed Valid Enrollment Fee of up to $400 per month. Franchisees may also be charged a Loyalty Member Services Administration Fee if they do not process a member's points in a timely manner and Hawthorn Suites By Wyndham must resolve the issue with the member.
