  • e. Identification of the Facility. The La Quinta Rooms shall contain no Hawthorn Marks, Mark-bearing supplies or materials, or any other Hawthorn System identification, except to the extent that such identification is common to both the Hawthorn and La Quinta systems. The Hawthorn Rooms shall contain no La Quinta Marks, Mark-bearing supplies or materials, or any other La Quinta System identification, except to the extent that such identification is common to both the Hawthorn and La Quinta systems. All other aesthetic design selections (including but not limited to wall colors, lobby art, and employee uniforms) will be subject to the joint approval of La Quinta Franchisor and Hawthorn Franchisor. Franchisee will also work with La Quinta Franchisor and Hawthorn Franchisor to develop signage acceptable to both brands.
