You are required to offer third party delivery services from your Restaurant and you must comply with our delivery standards and procedures, which we have the right to establish and modify from time to time. There are currently no restrictions on the retail customers that you may serve from your Restaurant, but we have the right to designate or approve the boundaries in which you may offer delivery services from your Restaurant.
