What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Hawaiian Bros Island Grill Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual convention is mandatory if the franchisor holds one. Hawaiian Bros Island Grill may hold a franchisee convention no more than once per year.
If a convention is held, franchisees are required to attend and must pay a registration fee, the amount of which has not yet been established. This fee is due upon registration for the convention.
In addition to the registration fee, franchisees are responsible for covering their own expenses, including travel, lodging, meals, and employee wages, if applicable.
